Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in therapy?

Therapy is a collaborative process between a client and therapist. Together, we will build an authentic, trusting relationship so we can begin to identify your goals, explore past experiences, create growth and heal trauma. I’m here to walk the path toward recovery alongside you.

How much does therapy cost? Do you take insurance?

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call for all new clients.

You can pay cash, credit card, or pay through Venmo or Zelle. I require a card on file in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. You may also opt to be charged automatically at the end of each session.

I currently accept insurance plans from Aetna and Optum. If you have other insurance plans, I am happy to provide you with a superbill. A superbill is essentially a receipt you submit to your insurance company. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, the insurance company will decide if you are eligible for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please be sure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full fee. A no-show will also result in being charged the full amount of your appointment.

How can I book an appointment?
